摘要
当前我国教师研究主要存在三种范式:理论思辩范式、技术理性范式、科学主义范式。这些范式有其存在的原因和消极方面。因此教师研究应该进行范式转换,把研究目的定位于追求实践性学识,进行以校(主要是课堂)为本的研究,在行动中开展研究,通过反思进行研究。
Today there are three paradigms of teacher' s research in our country: the speculative paradigm, the paradigm of technical rationality, the scientific paradigm, which have the basis of existence , but also the negative effects. So it is important at present to promote the shift of teacher' s research with the aim of pursuing the practical knowledge, conducting the researches in the school (mainly the classroom), in action and in reflection.
