摘要
目的探讨单侧肾切除STZ诱导大鼠糖尿病肾病(DN)造模过程中的注意事项。方法通过单侧肾切除并腹腔空腹给STZ以建立大鼠糖尿病肾病模型。术后1周给药,给药72h后检测血糖,同时观察糖尿病大鼠8周和12周肾脏病理切片和电镜片的变化。血糖达到16.7mmol/L为造模成功。结果经过4批实验,正确处理造模过程中注意事项,成功复制出糖尿病大鼠模型。8周和12周肾脏病理切片和电镜片均提示显著变化。结论按有关注意事项,可完成单侧肾切除STZ诱导大鼠DN造模。
Objective:To study various factors of diabetic nephropathy rats with unilateral nephrectomy induced by STZ. Methods:The diabetic nephropathy model of Sprague-Dawleg rats with unilateral nephrectomy was duplicated by injecting STZ to introperitoneal not feeding rats. Observe the change of blood suger and the pathologic slice of kidney after treating for 8 weeks and 12 weeks. Results:The blood suger reaching 16.7mmpl/l was successful model.The change of the pathologic slice of kidney was distince.Conclusion:Diabetic nephropathy model in unilateral nephrectomy rats induced by STZ was successful.
