摘要
在碱性介质中以二过碲酸合铜(Ⅲ)钾-尼龙6为氧化还原引发体系,引发丙烯酸甲酯在尼龙6上发生接枝共聚合反应。测定了各种反应因素对接枝参数的影响,得到了高接枝效率的接枝共聚物。采用红外光谱、X射线衍射、扫描电镜对接枝共聚物的结构和性能进行了表征,并探讨了引发机理。通过实验表明了接枝共聚物在尼龙6/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、尼龙6/聚丙烯的共混体系中有很好的增容效果。
The graft copolymerization of methyl acrylate onto nylon 6 using potassium ditelluratocuprate（Ⅲ）-nylon 6 redox system as initiator has been studied in alkaline medium. The effect of different factors on grafting parameters is investigated. The structure of the nylon 6 and graft copolymer have been determined by infrared （IR）, x-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy（SEM）. It is found that Cu（ Ⅲ ）-nylon 6 system is an efficient redox initiator for this graft copolymerization. A single electron transfer mechanism is proposed to explain the formation of radicals and the initiation. The SEM photographs show that the graft copolymer greatly improves the compatibility of the PA6/PMMA and PA6/PP blends.
