摘要
采用乳液聚合法制备了CNT s/PMM A复合粒子,并用TEM,SEM,FT-IR,XRD对其进行了表征。结果表明,PMM A均匀地包覆在碳纳米管表面,并且碳纳米管也参与了MM A的聚合反应。采用TG分析了经过抽提后的CNT s/PMM A复合粒子,结果表明,使用Tw een-80为乳化剂时PMM A在碳纳米管表面的包覆量为35.04%。
The carbon nanotubes (CNTs) used in this investigation were prepared by benzene in catalytic vapor decomposition, and purified by acid solution. In order to improve the using performance of CNTs in polymer material, the CNTs/PMMA composite particles were prepared by the method of emulsion polymerization, and characterized by TEM, SEM, FT-IR, XRD. The resuits show that the carbon nanotubes participate in the polymerization of MMA, and PMMA deposits evenly on the surface of carbon nanotubes at 80℃. The CNTs/PMMA composite particles extracted by toluene were characterized by TG. The results show that the weight of PMMA coating on the surface of carbon nanotubes is 35.04% when Tween-80 is used as emulsification in the preparation.
