小儿阴囊急症的超声诊断

Ultrasonographic Diagnosis of Children's Acute Scrotal Diseases

目的分析小儿阴囊急症的超声图像特征,探讨超声检查对小儿阴囊急症的诊断及鉴别诊断价值。方法应用二维及彩色多普勒超声观察241例病变的形态、结构、内部回声及血供情况,并与临床、手术及病理结果进行对照分析。结果睾丸附件扭转128例,睾丸扭转31例,急性鞘膜炎29例,急性附睾炎19例,阴囊血肿12例,急性阴囊感染10例,急性睾丸炎6例,特发性阴囊水肿6例。本文分析了各例的声像图特征。结论超声在小儿阴囊急症的诊断中具有较强的敏感性和特异性,可为临床诊断治疗提供可靠的图像依据。

Objective To analyse the ultrasonographic characteristics of children＇s acute scrotal diseases,and to probe into the value of diagnosis and differentiation. Methods Morphology, structures, inner echoes and blood flow of the scrotum and testicles in 241 cases were observed with two-dimentional and color Doppler ultrasound, and contrasted with the clinical, operation and pathology. Results The results included 128 cases with testicle appendic torsion, 31 cases with testis torsion, 29 acute tunica vaginalitis testis, 19 with acute epididymoorchitis, 12 with scrotal hematoma, 10 with the acute scrotal infection, 6 with acute testitis and 6 with specially hydrops scrotums. This text analysed all the patient＇ s picture characteristics. Conclusions Ultrasonographic diagnosis was more sensitive and peculiar in the diagnosis of chilclren＇s acute scrotum diseases, and could offer the reliablc picture basis for clinical diagnosis.
