摘要 目的:探讨磁共振脊髓成像(MR Myelogram,MRM)的应用价值。材料与方法:对58例患者进行了常规MR及MRM检查。结果:58例中10例正常,32例椎间盘突出,12例脊柱外伤,2例脊髓血管畸形,2例脊柱侧弯畸形,全部病例MRM 3D MIP重建显示脊髓结构清晰。结论:MRM与其他脊髓造影方法相比是一项快速、准确、有效的方法。 Purpse: To study the application of MR Myelogram. Materiais and Methods : Conventional MR and MR Myelogram examination were performed in 58 patients. Results: Among the 58 cases of spinal diseases, there were 10 cases of nornmal, 32 cases of disc herniation, 12 cases of spinal trauma, 2 cases of spinal arteriovenous malfomation, 2 cases of scoliosis, MRM 3D MIP reconstruction was superior definition to show all the patients. Conclusion: Compared with other myelography, MRM is a rapid, accurate and useful method.
