摘要
应用sol-gel技术制备钡铁氧体,分别研究了以柠檬酸和硬脂酸作为前驱体的两种不同的制备工艺A、B。研究结果表明,两种工艺均可制得单相BaFe12O19(简称BaM)。由工艺B得到产物晶粒度为15~40nm,其比饱和磁化强度Ms=61.74Am2/kg,矫顽力Hc=389.4kA/m;由工艺A得到产物晶粒度为30~80nm,其比饱和磁化强度Ms=60.61Am2/kg,矫顽力Hc=382.7kA/m,但工艺A得到的产物晶体结晶更完善。
Barium ferrite nanoparticles were prepared by sol-gel technique. Two different processes A and B were studied by using citric acid and stearic acid as precursor respectively. Pure barium ferrite called BaM was obtained by process A and B. Barium ferrite with crystal size of 15 to 40 nm, coercive force of 389.4 kA/m and specific saturation magnetization of 61.74 Am^2/kg can be obtained by process B; Barium ferrite with crystal size of 30 to 80 nm, coercive force of 382.7 kA/m and specific saturation magnetization of 60.61Am^2/kg can be obtained by process A. But the more perfect crystal can be obtained by process A.
