摘要
采用搅拌摩擦焊工艺对20mm厚的7A52铝合金进行了焊接,用金相显微镜、扫描电镜等分析测试手段,分析了焊接接头的组织与性能。研究表明:20mm厚的7A52铝合金,在合理的工艺参数下,接头强度可达母材的87%;焊核区发生动态再结晶,生成细小的等轴晶粒。断口分析表明,搅拌摩擦焊接头断口为明显的韧窝形貌,并用位错理论解释了微观断裂机制。
The friction stir welding process is used to weld 20 mm thick 7A52 aluminum alloy. The joint properties and structure are analyzed by means of optical microscope and SEM etc. The results show that 7A52 aluminum alloy can be welded successfully with correct parameters. The yield strength of welded joint reaches 87% of that of parent materials. Dynamic recrystallization takes place in the weld nugget zone and fine grains are achieved. The tensile fracture of FSW appears to be dimple and the fracture mechanism is analyzed through dislocation theory.
