摘要 目的:探讨HRCT多平面重建技术在视神经管骨折中的临床应用价值。材料与方法:以前床突与眶下缘连线为基线。行单系列轴位扫描。层厚1mm,重建间隔1mm。螺距选择1-1.5。进行多平面重建(MPR)、表面遮盖显示(SSD)及最大密度投影(MIP)三种算法进行重建。结果:①20例中24只眼眶视神经管骨折。内、外壁骨折18只眼。占75%。上、下壁骨折6只眼。占25%。②视神经受压5只眼。占21%。视神经增粗6例。③MPR重建结合轴位能100%显示骨折。SSD骨折显示率为33%。MIP骨折显示率为63%。结论:HRCT三维重建可提高视神经管骨折显示率。弥补不做冠状位CT扫描的不足。 Purpese: Toevaluate the clinical value of HRCT multiplane reconstruction (MPR) in the fracture of optic canal. Materials and Methods: The study of fracture of optic canal was performed on transverse axial CT scanning images (thickness 1mm, interval 1mm, pitch 1 - 1.5) for 20 cases. And it was reconstructed by mulfiplane reconstruction (MPR), shaded surface display (SSD), maximum intensity projection (MIP). Results: ① 24 fracture of optic canal in 20 cases were shown by CT, which included 18 cases of fracture in medial or lateral wall (75%) and 6 in superior or inferior wall (25%). ②Optic nerve oppressing was shown in 5 eyes and largening was shown in 6 eyes.③The fracture of optic canal can be shown in all cases (100%) by MPR combining with axial scanning, while 33% by SSD and 63 % by MIP. Conclusion: HRCT 3 - D reconstruction plays a good role in showning the fracture of optic canal.
