摘要
目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声在颈动脉体瘤诊断及鉴别诊断中的临床应用价值。材料与方法:回顾性分析了10例经确诊的颈动脉体瘤的彩色多普勒超声特征。结果:颈动脉体瘤肿块位于颈总动脉分叉处,颈内及颈外动脉间距增宽,瘤体常呈实质低回声,边界清晰,较大瘤体常围绕血管生长;彩色多普勒超声显示肿瘤内丰富彩色血流信号,动脉血流为主,能显示瘤体与颈动脉的关系。结论:彩色多普勒超声不仅能对颈动脉体瘤作出明确诊断,而且能显示瘤体与颈动脉的关系。
Purpose： To assess the cllinical value of color doppler sonography in diagnosis and differentiation d the carotid body tumoes. Materials and Methods： Color doppler characteristics in 10 patients with carotid body tumor were analysed retrospectively. Results： were located at the branch of common carotid artery, so the interred between external and internal carotid arteries was enlarged. Low echoic substantial masses with clearly bounday were found. The bigger masses always grew around carotid arteries. More color flow signals were detected in the masses and most were arterial flow. Conclusion： Color doppler unltrosonography not only can detected carotid body tumors, but also showed the relstionship between the maxs and the carotid.
