摘要
目的观察速尿对肾阳虚豚鼠听觉功能的影响。方法利用糖皮质激素制造豚鼠肾阳虚模型,应用听性脑干反应(ABR)测试动物静注速尿后的听力变化,采用耳蜗基底膜铺片及螺旋韧带铺片观察其形态学的变化。结果静脉注射速尿后10 min时豚鼠ABR反应阈均较注药前显著升高,且阳虚加速尿组反应阈明显高于速尿组;耳蜗螺旋韧带铺片显示豚鼠血管纹缺血情况明显,且阳虚加速尿组较速尿组严重,但光镜下各组动物毛细胞形态学观察未见明显变化。结论速尿静脉注射可对豚鼠的听觉功能及血管纹微循环造成严重影响,在同等条件下对肾阳虚豚鼠的影响更明显。
Objective It is to observe the influence of Furosemide on auditory function in guinea pigs with Kidney - Yang deficiency. Methods The models of guinea pigs with Kidney- Yang deficiency were made with glucocorticold. Aeouesthesia changes of the animals were tested with auditory brain - stem response (ABR) after Furosemide intravenous injection, and the morphology changes of stretched preparation were observed with stria vascularis basilar membrane and spiral ligament of cochlea. Results 10 minutes after intravenous injection of Fttrosemide, ABR reaction thresholds of guinea pigs were obviously higher than that before injection, and the threshold in Kidney Yang deficiency plus Furosemide group was obviously higher than that in Furosemide group. Stretched preparation of cochlea spiral ligament showed that microcirculation of stria vascularis was bad, Which was more serious in Kidney- Yang deficiency plus Furosemide group than that in Furosemide group, but no obvious morphology changes of acoustic hair cell were found under light microscope. Conclusion Intravenous injection of Furosemide can cause impairment effect on auditory function and microeirculation of stria vascularis in guinea pigs, especially for Kidney- Yang deficiency ones.
