917愈糖散降糖的药理实验研究

Pharmaco-experimental study of blood glucose depressed with 917 Yutang powder

目的观察应用三焦火盛理论组方917愈糖散胶囊治疗2型糖尿病的效果和安全性。方法将917愈糖散胶囊制成生理盐水混悬液,给小白鼠灌胃,然后进行急性毒性实验和药效学实验。结果灌胃917愈糖散胶囊5.2 g/kg后,1周内未见动物死亡。糖尿病大鼠血糖显著降低,并呈现良好的剂量相关性。结论917愈糖散胶囊降糖效果显著且安全性好。

Objective It is to observe the effect and safety of 917 Yutang powder based on the theory of excessive blazing heat in triple warmer on type two diabetes. Methods The rats were given mixed liquid made of 917 Yutang powder and normal saline to do acute toxicity experiment and pharmacodynamies experiment. Results After giving 917 Yutang powder with the dosage of 5.2 g/kg within one week, blood glucose was obviously depressed in the rats with diabetes which was related well with the dosage of the drugs, and no animal died. Conclusion 917 Yutang powder has good depressing blood glucose function and safety.
