盆腔粘连松解术及输卵管整形术治疗不孕症的价值

摘要 目的探讨盆腔粘连松解术及输卵管整形术治疗不孕症的价值.方法选择女性不孕症患者60例,对其中30例门诊患者（对照组）行单纯药物治疗,30例住院患者（治疗组）行盆腔粘连松解术及输卵管整形术,治疗后随访1～2 a.结果治疗组妊娠率（70%）明显高于对照组（40%）（P＜0.05）.结论盆腔粘连松解术及输卵管整形术治疗不孕症有显著效果,值得临床应用.
