从企业生命周期谈企业危机管理

Research of enterprises' crisis management from enterprise life cycle

在有关企业危机管理的研究中,一般是从危机管理本身来分析问题,却并未考虑到由于企业所处生命周期阶段的不同,危机管理的侧重也应有所不同,故此不能很好的指导解决实际问题。从企业生命周期的角度出发,来分析处于生命周期各阶段的企业危机管理的重点及应解决的问题。

In the research of crisis management,we always analyze it from crisis itself without considering the difference of enterprise life cycle,which is not totally objective. This paper has analyzed how to implement the crisis management from the angle of different enterprise life cycle and has proposed some suggestions.
