根据WTO《技术性贸易壁垒协议》,分析了技术性贸易壁垒对我国进出口贸易的影响及其原因,在此基础上,讨论了技术性贸易壁垒对我国中小企业技术创新的影响。通过对这些影响因素的分析,指出了技术创新是我国中小企业生存与发展的关键因素。

According to TBT/WTO,this paper analyses export-import trade of China. On the basis of these, the the reasons of TBT and the influences on the paper discusses the influences of TBT on technological innovation in medium and small-sized enterprises. Through drawn that technological innovation is very important for medi the analysis of influences,the conclusion will be um and small-sized enterprises of our country.
