Cognition and consideration on the problem of non-tradable shares on Chinese stock market

针对股权分置是困扰我国股市发展的最主要的制度性原因,并在中国股市的发展进程中造成了严重的危害,以至引发多种矛盾现状,提出了解决股权分置是中国股市发展内在的必然的要求,解决股权分置问题应把握维护资本市场三公原则,并应以保护投资者利益为根本出发点。

Non-tradable share is the main systematic reason which perplexes Chinese stock market. It results in serious harm and causes many contradictions in the process of developing Chinese stock market. Concluding non-tradable shares is the immanent and necessary requirement when developing Chinese stock market. Resolving the problem we should grasp the principle of ＂open and fair＂ in capital market,and with the starting point of protecting investors＇ benefit. Along with the pilot reform of non-tradable shares starting by the Chinese Securities Regulation Committee, settling the problem of non-tradable shares walks into virtual phase, which makes far-reaching influence on Chinese stock market.
