This article is about some problems which exists in the union process of the risk capital and the medium-small-sized science and technology enterprises in our country, such as unitary sources of invest, information asymmetry, lacking outstanding risk investors, lacking the perfect operation and the withdrawal mechanism, etc, and mainly discusses the key measures to carry on reform venture capital operation mechanism of our country in order to guide healthy development of the risk-investment industry.
