终端用户环境下的信息技术效用论

Utility theory of information technology in end-user computing

通过对效用和价值概念的剖析比较,以及效用价值论和劳动价值论两种理论体系的分歧与综合,提出终端用户环境下的信息技术效用评估。同时以IT最新发展趋势为依据,提出IT效用研究的意义在于克服信息技术悖论,同时促进IT以人为本。

The purpose of this paper is to discuss information technology utility and significance of its study, which is the basic theory of IT utility evaluation and user evaluation technology in end-user computing. By comparing utility with value and putting forward the diverging and converging of two kinds of value theories,we can draw a conclusion：when evaluation subject is than value theory. The significance of IT utility paradox,the other is to improve IT for the benefit an individual or organization, utility theory is considered better theory study lies in two aspects：one is to avoid information of human beings.
