外源性神经生长因子对神经移植的影响

摘要 目的:探讨神经移植后在局部注入神经生长因子对神经再生的影响。方法:家兔30只,随机分为两组。A组:切除5mm面神经颊支,用等长的耳大神经移植。B组:神经移植同A组,并于术中、术后第1、2、3、4天分别在局部注入2000U的神经生长因子(大连司威特制药有限公司制)。术后饲养12周,对移植体进行神经电生理、组织学检测。结果:实验结果证明,再生神经纤维都可以通过移植神经的吻合端,A组神经传导速度为20.42±2.12m/s,B组神经传导速度为23.71±2.24m/s,两组神经传导速度差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:神经移植后注入神经生长因子的效果明显优于单纯神经移植。 Objective: To explore the effect of locally injected nerve growth factors on nerve regeneration after the facial nerve implantation. Methods: Thirty rabbits were randomly divided into two groups. Group A:Grafting the same length great auricular nerve after cutting off buecal branch of facial nerve. Group B : On the base of group A, injecting 2000U nerve growth factor on the implantation during the operation and 1,2,3,4 days, respectively, after the operation. The animals were fed after grafting for 12 weeks. The graft was examined by electrophysiology, histology. Results: The rabbit facial nerve regenerated across the implantation in two experimental groups. There was significant difference between group A and group B in nerve conduction velociticy (20.42±2.12m/s in Group A,23.71±2.24m/s in Group B). Conclusion: The results of nerve implantation with injected nerve growth factor is better than the simple nerve implanation.
