Treatment of early cancer of larynx by laryngeal microresecting technique combined with radiofrequency

目的 探讨吸引旋切切除加射频消融术治疗早期喉癌的近期疗效。方法 对22例早期喉癌患者，在全麻下支撑成像喉内窥镜下行旋切切除加射频消融术，观察肿瘤的切除效果、复发情况以及嗓音的恢复情况。结果 所有病例术后未作放射治疗，6周左右嗓音开始清晰，喉声门区结构保存良好。随访6～39个月未见局部复发和淋巴结转移。结论 吸引旋切技术加射频消融，对早期喉癌的近期疗效是肯定的。

Objective To approach the curative effect in the near future of laryngeal microresecting technique combined with radiofrequency on treating cancer of the larynx in the early stage. Methods Twenty-two patients with cancer of the larynx in the early stage were operated by laryngeal microresecting technique combined with radiofrequency under laryngoscope and rigid telescope with video system under general anaesthesia and were followed up for 6-39 months to observe the effect of resection, the information of recidivation, and the recovery of vocal function. Results All cases did not have radiotherapy, and the voice became clear after about 6 weeks, none had tope-recidivated or lymphaden displaced. Conclusion The possitive curative effect in the near future of laryngeal rnicroresecting technique combined with radiofrequency was obtained on treating cancer of the larynx in the early stage.
