UPA及其受体在病理性瘢痕中的表达

The expression and significance of UPA,UPAR in hypertrophic scar and keloid tissue

目的了解细胞因子尿激酶型血浆酶原激活因子(UPA)及其受体(UPAR)在病理性瘢痕中的表达及意义。方法对11例增生性瘢痕,10例瘢痕疙瘩及10例正常皮肤组织进行免疫组化(SP法)染色,观察UPA及其UPAR在正常皮肤、增生性瘢痕、瘢痕疙瘩中的表达。结果正常皮肤中UPA及其UPAR的表达均为阴性;增生性瘢痕、瘢痕疙瘩成纤维细胞中UPA及其UPAR的表达与正常皮肤相比均有显著性差异(P<0.01);瘢痕疙瘩成纤维细胞中UPA及其UPAR的表达明显高于增生性瘢痕(P<0.05)。结论UPA及UPAR在增生性瘢痕的发病中起着重要作用。

Objective To explore the effect of urokinase type plasminogena activator（UPA）, urokinase type plasminogena activator receptor（UPAR） on the pathogenesis of hypertrophic scar and keloid tissue. Methods The expression intensity and distribution of UPA, UPAR were examined with immunohistochemistry in 11 hypertrophic scars, 10 keloid tissues and 10 specimens of normal skins. Results In normal skins,the positive cellular rates of UPA, UPAR were all negative in hypertrophic scars and keloid tissue, respectively, the positive cellular rates of these proteins were significantly increased compared with those in normal skins（P〈0. 01）, the expression of UPA and UPAR was significantly higher in keloid tissue than that in hypertrophic scars（P〈0.05）. Conclusion UPA and UPAR may play an important role in the pathogenesis of hypertrophic scar and keloid tissue.
