摘要
目的:建立人体整体骨骼系统的高精度三维模型,为解剖教学、生理模拟等应用提供三维数据集。方法:采用虚拟中国人男性一号(VirtualChineseHumanMaleNo.1)的2000万像素的高分辨率切片数据,使用半自动交互方法对全身骨组织进行分割和标识,使用并行三维重建算法对海量的全身骨骼数据进行快速的三维建模。结果:建立了高质量的全身骨骼三维模型;通过初步的细分,实现了单块骨骼的单独与任意组合显示。结论:在高分辨率的切片数据基础上,通过精细分割,建立了高精度的骨骼系统三维模型。
Objective: To establish three-dimensional modeling of human skeleton system for the applications of anatomy teaching, physiological simulation, etc. Method: The datasets of Virtual Chinese Human (Male No.1) with high resolution of twenty million pixels were employed, The skeleton tissue was segmented and classified interactively. Large scale segmented data was constructed using parallelism algorithm on high performance computing clusters. Results: A high quality 3-D modeling of skeleton system was established, which can be further divided into sub-models, achieving single-or-multi display pattern for a certain bone. Conclusions: Based on the high resolution slice images of VCH and subtly segmentation, high quality 3-D human skeleton system is constructed.
