尖锐湿疣患者表皮角蛋白及其相关蛋白表达模式的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:了解尖锐湿疣(CA)患者表皮角蛋白及其相关蛋白表达模式与CA发病和复发的内在关系。方法:对15例CA患者进行γ干扰素(IFN-γ)治疗。同时采用免疫组化方法检测CA皮损中人乳头瘤病毒(HPV),角蛋白(CK)10、14、16及其相关蛋白丝聚合蛋白(filaggrin)的表达,并与5名正常人皮肤及5例高分化鳞状细胞癌皮损进行对照。结果:CK10、14、16及filaggrin在正常人表皮、高分化鳞状细胞癌皮损、CA皮损中具有各自不同的表达模式;15例CA患者皮损中5例HPV表达阳性,同时缺乏CK10、filaggrin的表达,CK14、16的表达亦显示其独特的模式,这5例患者均对IFN-γ治疗无效,皮损复发。结论:作为增生、分化标志分子的各种角蛋白及其相关蛋白表达模式的异同,在提示CA病情的复发及预后方面可能发挥重要的作用。 Objective: To study the expression pattern of epidermal keratin and its related proteins in the patients with condyloma accuminatum (CA) and to evaluate their correlation with the incidence and recurrence of CA. Methods: CK10, 14, 16 and filaggrin and HPV were detected by immunohistochemical technique in the skin lesions of 15 cases of CA (treated with interferon-γ). As controls, 5 cases of squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) and 5 normal skin specimens were also detected. Results: The expression patterns of CK10, 14, 16 and filaggrin were detected in CA, SCC and normal skin with respective characteristic. HPV expression was detected in 5 of all patients with CA, while CK10 and filaggrin were absent in these cases, which also had no response to the treatment of interferon-γ Conclusion: As the markers of proliferation and differentiation the expression patterns of the keratin and its related proteins may play an important role in the recurrence and prognosis of CA.
