摘要
目的通过对比一组胃肠道手术患者手术前、后口腔黏膜细胞凋亡率和一系列传统的营养状况评价指标的动态变化,探讨口腔黏膜细胞凋亡率与人营养状况的相关性。方法连续观察一组经胃肠道手术患者。手术前至手术后一段时间内连续检测患者口腔黏膜细胞凋亡率,同时在术前、术后第3、7天测定总淋巴细胞计数、前白蛋白、视黄醇结合蛋白、转铁蛋白、白蛋白。结果术后首先观察到口腔黏膜细胞凋亡率显著下降(P<0.01),约在术后7 d后口腔黏膜凋亡率逐渐上升(P<0.01),这变化同我们测量的各营养指标的变化是基本一致的。结果证明口腔黏膜细胞凋亡率同淋巴细胞计数、转铁蛋白、前白蛋白等传统的营养指标具有显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论口腔黏膜细胞凋亡率随着机体营养状况的改变而变化。口腔黏膜细胞凋亡率有可能成为一个新的评价,监测甚至预测机体营养状况的评价指标。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the oral mucosa epithelial apoptosis rate and the nutritional status of the patients. Methods One set of gastrointestinal surgery patients were continuously observed. The patient' s oral mucosa apoptosis rate before and after operation was continuously detected. Simultaneously, before and 3, 7 days after the operation the pre-albumin, lymphocyte count, retinoid-binding protein, transferrin and albumin were measured. Results The oral mucosa epithelial apoptosis rate was significanly decreased (P〈0.01) after the operation, but it was gradually increased (P〈0.01) 7 days after the operation. These changes were consistent with those of the nutritional assessment indexes. The oral mucosa epithelial apoptosis rate was significantly correlated the pre^albumin, lym- phocyte count and transferrin (P〈0.05). Conclusion The change of the oral mucosa epithelial apoptosis rate was followed with the change in the nutritional status. Oral mucosa apoptosis rate was likely to be a new assessment index to evaluate, monitor, and even predict the nutritional status.
