摘要 体育教学是实现学校体育目的任务的基本途径,其实施过程及其效果与多种因素相关。根据系统原理,通过对体育教学及其过程的认识和理解,客观分析并确定其基本构成因素,掌握它们的性质和职能,促进其同步发展与优化纽合,才能从根本上增强体育教学过程的整体效应,提高实现体育教学目标的速度和水准。 Athletics teaching is the primary channel leading to the realization and accompnishment of the purpose and task of physical education. The process of performance and the resute are connected with various factors.Accordlng to the principles of the system,it is necessary to know athletics teaching and its process, objectively analyse and determine its basical foming factors,master their properties and functions to develop them simutaneously and optinize them,which can increase the overal effect of the teaching process and speed up the realization of the goal of athletics teaching and raise teaching level.
