摘要
从板料的相对厚度、拉深系数、材料的力学性能以及凹模工作部分的几何形状等方面出发,分析了板料在拉深成形过程中,失稳起皱的影响因素,并就防止起皱提出了增加压边力、径向拉应力以及采用变压边力等相应措施。
In this paper, influential factors of causing wrinkles in sheet metal deep drawing were analyzed from relative thickness of sheet metal, drawing ratio, mechanical property of martial and geometrical shape. Moreover, measures such as increasing the side force, increasing the drawing stress, and adopting variable blank holding force were applied to prohibiting wrinkles.
