上海裕科(集团)有限公司人力资源总监洪光明在做咨询工作时,曾了解到宝钢、上海医药集团、上海实业集团、以及中国石化在上海的一些工厂,这些企业都存在一个共同的现象,即一些很高端的人才被其它企业挖走。
It is already become a common notion in china that state-owned enterprises can only do something about talents recruiting, training, but they are never able to keep their talents because of low pay, slow promotion and complicated office politics. This was also a case for Shanghai Yuke group when its CHO (chief Human Recourses Officer) HongGuangming joined the group. From his working experiences, HongGuangming understand without complete talentskeeping practices, it would be a great waste to pool money into training in state-owned enterprises. He introduced one set system to change this situation and results are favorable.
