摘要
犯罪总是发生于特定的社区,犯罪人总是居住于特定的社区,因此构筑以社区建设为基础,融社区建设、社区警务、社区矫正于一体的社区犯罪防控系统就成为预防、控制犯罪的可行选择。
Crimes always occur, and the criminals always live, in a specific community so that it is a practical choice to construct a crime preventing ＆ controlling system based on community construction, on unification of community construction, on policing and ratification, and for the purpose of preventing and controlling crimes.
