“和谐社会”与青年志愿者服务——一项在北京市未成年人救助保护中心的志愿者行动

"Solidarity Society" and the Service of Youth Volunteers——A Volunteering Action Implemented in Beijing Rescuing and Protection Center for Minors

探索志愿服务的广泛、深入、规范、持续的机制,并寻求提高其专业化的水平,是日益受到人们关注和重视的一个课题。中国青年政治学院社工系与北京市未成年人救助保护中心,围绕社会救助与福利服务领域,特别是针对流浪儿童的救助保护和服务工作开展了一项志愿行动。行动明确救助保护和服务所需志愿者资源的先后重点和层次格局,确定优先发展的志愿者机制所涉及领域的具体工作模式,取得了很好的效果。

In view of the present situation of volunteering service and the requirement for building a solidarity society, searching a general, deep, standardized and continuing mechanism of volunteering service and endeavoring to promote its professional level are becoming a big theme, which is being paid high attention in the Chinese society. Department of Social Work and Management, CYU, has implemented with collaboration of Beijing Rescuing and Protection Center for Minors a volunteering action around social rescuing and wellbeing service, in particular for protection and service of the street children. This action has clarified the priority sequence of the volunteer resources required for rescuing protection and service and their structural pattern. It defined the working model in practice for the selected fields of development concerning with volunteering service mechanism, and achieved a good outcome.
