摘要
随着我国非公有制经济的健康发展,民营企业已经成为解决我国就业问题的重要渠道之一。目前民营企业的劳动关系比较复杂,存在一些问题,比如侵害劳动者合法权益;大多数民营企业没有组建工会等。对这些问题不能掉以轻心,否则会影响改革进程与和谐社会的建立。
With the healthy development of non- saute owned economy, private enterprises have become one of an important ways of settling employment problems. At present, industrial relations in private enterprises are complicated. There are some problems such as infringing laborers' legitimate rights and interests and non - unions in many private enterprisea. We cannot treat these things lightly, otherwise influence reform process and the building of a harmonious society.
