摘要
《劳动法》颁布已12年,现在的劳动关系远比12年前复杂得多,维护劳动者权益的任务也远比12年前艰巨得多。广大职工和工会工作者迫切要求尽快修改和完善《劳动法》。《劳动法》应该真正成为一部内容全面、标准具体的法典式的劳动法,以更好地保护劳动者合法权益。
The Labour Law of PRC was promulgated in 1994, industrial relations at presennt are more complicated than before 12 years. The task of safeguarding laborers' rights and interests is more arduous than before 12 years. The broad masses of workers and staff members and union officials earnestly require to revise and perfect The Labour Law of PRC as soon as possible. The Labour Law of PRC should become an all - round, concrete code in order to protect laborers' legitimate rights and interests.
