当今我国市场经济体制日趋完善,与市场经济共生的各类矛盾也相伴而生。在众多矛盾中,劳动关系矛盾非常突出。协调好劳动关系,是构建和谐社会的关键问题。作为协调劳动关系主角的工会,其作用也随之凸显出来。“组织起来,切实维权”作为协调劳动关系的根本原则,理所当然地成为工会工作的指导方针,成为社会主义市场经济条件下工会的历史使命。

Our market economy system is gradually perfecting and various contradictions that go with market economy appear. Industrial relations contradictions intensify among many contradictions. To coordinate industrial relations is a key issue of building a harmonious society. The trade unions＇ role is starting to be important as a leading actor of coordinating industrial relations. ＂Organize workers and fight for labor fights＂ as a basic principle of coordinating industrial relations goes without saying to become guidelines of trade union work and trade unions＇ historical mission in the course of socialist market economy.
