摘要
本文主要研究连续波调制测距型光纤液位传感器的基本原理、光路设计、电路设计和提高实用传感器及相关测试系统性能的方法,并给出了部分实验结果。
This Paper mainly studies the principle of modulated continuous wave ranging optical fibre liquid level sensor, forllowed by the discussion upon optical path design, electronic circuit design, and the way to improve the performance of practical sensor and related test system.Finally, part of experimental result is given.
