摘要 在许多田径项目的训练中,跨栏技术练习对运动员的能力会产生积极的影响,有许多理由表明为什么以跨栏为目标的练习是所有田径运动员的基础训练内容。骨盆和髋部的灵活性的练习,将提高这些部位的活动范围,并有利于所有跑的运动项目。短距离跨栏跑有助于获得平稳的步态,并有助于克服水平跳跃项目中助跑与起跳的某些困难。跨栏摆动腿的动作对于跳高过杆和跳远落地都有良好的影响。相对于腿长而言,由于躯干的发育比例优先,所以小年龄(青春期之前,6~11岁)的初学者可减小栏高和栏距来进行跨栏练习。 General characteristics Training for hurdling technique can have a positive effect on ability in many athletic disciplines and there are many reasons why work aimed at the hurdles should also be included in the basic training of all athletes. Work on pelvis and hip mobility will improve the range of motion and benefit all running events. Running the sprint hurdles helps to achieve an even stride and eliminate approach and takeoff difficulties in the horizontal jumps. The use of the lead leg in the hurdles also helps high jumpers clear the bar and promotes good long jump landings. Because of the particularly favourable growth ratio of torso to leg length, beginners can start hurdling at an early age (pre-puberty, 6~11 years) using reduced height and distance between barriers.
