摘要
在健康城市建设中,政府必须合理定位其角色。本文在对健康城市和政府角色相关问题进行梳理的基础上,以常熟市政府为个案将规范分析和实证分析结合起来,对常熟市推进健康城市建设中政府职能发挥和角色合理定位进行了探讨,并提出了对策和建议。
During the construction of healthy city,the government must play its role properly. This paper in a positivistic manner analyses the role of county government and the healthy city, with Changshu city as a case in point during the construction of healthy city and puts forth some advice.
