摘要
针对武钢三炼钢厂的转炉烟气冷却系统汽化器的漏水故障,对系统实际运行参数进行了实测,并根据测得的数据进行高精度热力校核计算。基于校核结果的进一步分析和测试表明,腐蚀疲劳是汽化器漏水故障的主要原因。
in the light of leakage failure of evaporator in the converter coonng system of No.3 Steel Works, Wuhan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., the operation parameters of the system were measured actually. According to the measurements, a high precise thermal checking calculation was carried out. Further analysis based on the checking calculation and tests proved that corrosion fatigue is the main reason that causes leakage in the air flue.
