快速钻进钻井液技术新进展

Advances of Faster Penetration Drilling Fluids

综述了近年来国内外快速钻进钻井液技术的发展现状,分析了添加ROP增速剂的快速钻进钻井液技术的作用机理。快速钻进钻井液应有好的流变性、润湿性、低固相含量及合适的分散性。在水基钻井液中,通过添加ROP增速剂来提高钻速的机理是在钻井液原有的流变性、固相含量及分散性的基础上,大大改善其润滑性,从而降低扭矩来实现的。提出了新型快速钻进钻井液设计中应注意的问题。

A overview about the development of faster drilling fluids home and abroad in recent years was given in the paper.The mechanism of ROP enhancing agents for faster penetration drilling fluids was also analyzed.The drilling fluids for faster penetration should have favorable rheology,dispersion and wettability and low solid content.The ROP enhancing agents can improve the lubrication of water base drilling fluids significantly and thus may decrease the drag and torque in drilling operations and enhance ROP while the original rheology,solid content and dispersion can be kept.Some challenges in developing new faster drilling fluids were also mentioned in this paper.
