利用“两个市场”开发“两种资源”推动我国矿业发展

目前,矿产资源的紧缺已成为制约我国经济持续快速发展的瓶颈。因此,在能源利用、资源开发已经进入了全球化配置的时代,除合理开发利用国内矿产资源之外,还应积极利用国外矿产资源,利用“两个市场”、开发“两种资源”是推动我国矿业发展的主要内容。

Mineral resources in the silt of Sanxia Reservoir end in Chongqing district were researched by using spectrometry and chemical analysis method. The results indicated that the silt is mainly composed of silicolites and quartz, feldspar, dolomite, augite, ferric oxide, chlorite, sulfide, and small amount of Fe and Ti minerals, in the silt contained also smaller quantity of Y, Yb and Sc, the contents of Y, Yb and Sc are 25.8 g/t,2.06g/t and 6.60g/t respectively. After extraction of Sc, the silt can still use to produce building materials.
