摘要
传动链振动会使终端工作部件运动不平稳,定位精度差,降低机器工作精度.本文对传动链振动进行了实测,分析出振源,采用新的同频谱建模思想建立了相应的非线性振动方程,并设计了一种非线性积分控制器作为主动消振控制器.仿真结果表明,该消振控制器效果令人满意.
The transmission chain vibration will introduce unstable motion of end workparts, decreasepositional precision and working precision. In this peper, the vibration is measuted and the vibrationsource is analled. A nonlinear vibration equation is established by a new method of the same-spectral modelling, and a nonlinear nitegrator controller had been designed as an active controller for antivibration. The simulation results show that the effects of the controller are sqtisfactory.
