摘要
摩擦焊机主电机输出功率是摩擦焊接过程能量消耗和供能状况之间联系的纽带,是研究摩擦焊能量转换的重要环节.本研究借助高性能的微机系统,实现了对摩擦焊机主电机输出功率的检测,并给出了摩擦焊机主电机输出功率曲线的数学模型,为进行摩擦焊精确的能量控制和功率极应控制方法创造了良好条件.
Output power of the friction welding main-generator is a band of energy-consumption status and energy-offering status of the main-generator in the friction welding process.And it's a key link of studying energy transmission of friction welding too. It has realized that the main-generators output power can be monitored by a super-quality computer system in this study. A mathematical model of the output power curve has been given in this paper which has laid foundation for accurate energy control and power extreme value control of friction welding.
