Reviewing the Efficiency of Pharmacy Administration from the Perspective of Rational Use of Drugs

目的:探求提高我国药事管理效益的有效切入点。方法:采用系统方法,剖析我国药事管理效益现状以及存在的问题和根源。结果与结论:我国药事管理效益水平不容乐观,根源可能与对药事管理系统边界的界定过窄,对相关因素缺乏系统认识与把握,所确定的药事管理目标缺乏科学性和整体性有关。建议扩大系统边界,调整药事管理目标,采用系统的观点和方法进行药事管理。

OBJECTIVE： To seek an effective starting point for the improvement of pharmacy administration efficiency （PAE） in China. METHODS： Level of PAE in China, the existing problems and their root causes were analyzed using a systematic methodology. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： Level of PAE in China is far from perfect, which may be attributed to the narrowly defined boundary of pharmacy administrating system, the lack of systematic understanding and command of relevant factors and the unscientific, non - integrated objective of pharmacy administration. It is advisable to enlarge system boundary, adjust the objective of pharmacy administration, and adopt a systematic point of view and methodology in the practice of pharmacy administration.
