摘要
目的:探讨药物经济学评价中评价中成药有效性的方法。方法:根据我国中医药特点及其市场现状,结合目前国际药物经济学评价规范,对中成药的“有效性”评价方法进行针对性的分析、探讨。结果与结论:在进行中成药有效性评价时,既要体现中医药的优势,又要考虑与国际规范接轨,尽可能采用西医疗效判定标准,以提高国际认可度。
OBJECTIVE： To discuss the method of efficacy evaluation of Chinese traditional medicine（CTM）by the theory of pharmacoeconomics. METHODS： Based on the characteristics and the market situation, together with the current international pharmacoeconomics evaluation norm, the method for the efficacy evaluation of CTM was analyzed and discussed. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： Both the advantages of CTM and the international evaluation standard should be taken into consideration in the evaluation of the efficacy of CTM, it is advisable to adopt the western medicine efficacy assessment standard if possible so as to increase its international acceptability.
