摘要
目的：了解自贡市医院抗抑郁药的应用现状及发展趋势.方法：对自贡市5家医院2000年～2004年抗抑郁药的应用数据进行统计、分析.结果：抗抑郁药用药金额2004年较2000年增长了477%,其中新型抗抑郁药用药金额占抗抑郁药销售金额的比例由2000年的40.53%上升至2004年的84.02%.结论：新型抗抑郁药已成为自贡市临床治疗抑郁症的首选药物.
OBJECTIVE： To study the status quo and the development tendency of the application of antidepressants in hospitals of Zigong. METHODS： The data concerning the application of antidepressants in 5 municipal hospitals of Zigong city during the period of 2000--2004 were analyzed statistically. RESULTS： The sales sum of antidepressants increased by 477% in 2004 as compared with 2000, in which the sales sum of the new type antidepressants rose to 84.02% in 2004 from 40.53% in 2000. CONCLUSION ： The new type antidepressants have become the first choice of treating depression in hospitals of Zigong.
