连拱隧道中隔墙防排水设计施工优化进展

Development of Optimization in Design and Construction of Middle Wall of Double Arch Tunnel for Waterproof

目前连拱隧道研究的核心问题为:以解决中隔墙防排水问题为目标,在保证结构安全的前提下对中隔墙进行设计和施工优化。而采用预埋无孔排水系统方案,通过先预埋无孔排水系统,正洞初期支护时再打孔排水,可以保证中隔墙顶注浆密实、排水体系通畅、防水体系不破损,这一施工方法值得探讨。

The key of the double arch tunnel construction is the optimizations in design and construction of middle wall of double arch tunnel so as to solve the problem of waterproof and drainage in middle wall. It is worthy of discussion on the method that can ensure the pace on top of middle wall to be well filled, the drainage system works well, and the waterproof layer will not be break, by pre-installing non- hole drainage system in middle wall and drilling holes on drainage pipes after excavation of main tunnel.
