摘要
苏南地区有着良好的经济发展基础和地域优势。在产业结构不断调整、科学技术迅猛发展、多元文化交融碰撞的大背景下。苏南高职教育必须以提升区域经济发展水平为前提，积极调整培养层次，合理设置专业，适度发展高层次技能型人才的培养规模，采用产教结合的办学模式培养人才。同时，政府应充分发展主导作用，制定高职教育发展规划。
The region of Su＇nan have good economical development basis and regional advantage. In the background of industry structure adjustment, rapid development of scientific technology, collision and integration of multi-culture, higher vocational education should take the upgradation of regional economical development level as the basis, actively adjust levels of talents cultivation, reasonably set up specialties, moderately develop cultivation scope of high level skill talents, adopt the model of combination between industry and teaching to cultivate talents. Meantime, the government should fully exert leading functions, and constitute development scheme for higher vocational education.
