摘要
绩效技术致力于寻找低成本、高效益和高效率的行为方式。将绩效技术应用于职教师资培训中,其实施步骤为:进行绩效分析,即明确希望有的和现实的职教教师绩效状态,确定两者之间的差距;进一步分析绩效表面症状背后隐藏的当前职教师资问题产生的根本原因;针对具体原因选择和设计改进职教师资教育绩效的措施;实施并调整措施;评价绩效改进效果。
Performance-oriented technique dedicates to pursuing the behavioral mode of low cost with high benefit and high efficiency. Applying performance-oriented technique into teaching staff cultivation of vocational education, firstly, carrying out performance analysis, which is to clarify differences between the expected performance situation and realistic performance situation of teaching staff; then, analyzing fundamental reason of current performance problems of teaching staff behind the apparent performance symptom, selecting and designing measures for improving performance according to the material reasons, and imnlementing and adjusting measures; lastly, evaluating performance and improving the effect.
