摘要
采用空间回转变换张量,根据空间曲面啮合原理,系统地研究了新型球面空间分度凸轮机构的啮合特性;指出该机构具有接触线为直线、接触线上各点压力角相同、凸轮与滚子曲面之间无相对滑动等特点;为该机构的推广使用及设计与制造提供了理论依据。
On the basis of the engagement principle of the spatial curved surface, theengagement features of a new type spherical indexing cam mechanism is systematicallystudied by using rolating matrix operators.Some conclusions such as the instantaneouscontact lines are line, the pressure angles are equal on eack contact line, there is norelative sliding between cam and roller.The base of kinematics and geometry on thismechanism is set up.
