摘要
分别介绍了从Si O2和邻苯二酚出发合成邻苯二酚配合六配位硅和从Si O2和乙二醇出发合成五配位硅和六配位硅的方法,综述了近20年来由邻苯二酚配合六配位硅中间体合成已有或新型有机硅化合物的途径,用乙二醇配合五六配位硅制备导电材料、Si/有机杂化材料、氧氮化玻璃、分子筛和沸石、含硅聚合物的方法及应用前景。
The synthesis of hexa-coordinated silicon chelated with catechol from SiO_2 and catechol as starting material, and the synthesis of penta- and hexa-coordinated silicon intermediates from SiO_2 and glycol as starting materials were discussed. As functional intermediates, coordinate silicon complexes could be changed into many kinds of organosilicon compounds or silicon-containing monomers by a serial of chemical reactions. The high activity penta- and hexa-coordinated silicon could be used as electrical conducting materials, silicon/organic hybrid materials, molecular sieve and zeolite and silicon containing polymers.
