摘要
通过材料组分设计,采用GPS与HP烧结工艺,制备α′-β′Sialon与β′-Sialon-12H两种复相陶瓷。从显微结构观察,长柱状β晶体和纤维状12H(AlN多型体)显示了原位自补强作用。介绍了这两种复相陶瓷的制备和显微结构及力学性能之间的关系。
Abstract Based on the phase compositional design, two types of multiphase sialon ceramics, α′ β′-sialon and β′-sialon-12H, were processed by gas pressure sintering (GPS) and hot-pressing (HP) techniques. Microstuctural studies revealed that the in-situ toughening was exhibited by the elongted β Si3N4 crystals and the aciculate 12H (AIN Polypoid) intersected with each other. The effects of processing parameters on the mechanical properties and microstructures of these two multiphase sialon ceramic materials are described in some detail.
