摘要
试验研究了穿孔顶头常用钢25Cr2Ni4WA钢经RE和RE+Al两种合金化工艺后其高温强度和硬度的变化。结果表明,单一RE合金化使高温强度有所提高,但使高温硬度下降;RE+Al合金化使高温强度及硬度均有较大提高,从而可减少穿孔顶头的用鼻、粘钢现象。RE+Al合金化工艺比较简单实用,有推广价值。
In this paper, the high temperature strength and hardness of 25Cr2Ni4WA steel alloyed by RE and RE+Al are studied. The test and analysis results have shown that the high temperature strength is increased, but the high temperature hardness is decreased when the steel is alloyed by RE only. Meanwhile, the high temperature strength and hardness are increased obviously when the steel is alloyed by RE+Al, therefore, the nose sinking and steel stickness of the plug made of 25Cr2Ni4WA for manufacturing seamless steel pipe are decreased, and the alloying process has great marketability.
